Description:Feedback to parents provides the biggest opportunity for cooperative participation in creating a better outcome for the child. Unfortunately, it has potential to rapidly develop in conflict between the parent and person giving feedback. The point of feedback is a critical juncture where parents rate professional services in terms of value for money. It is therefore important to develop a discussion plan and to avoid the pitfalls related to feedback.
